- Minimum 2 years work experience in the supervision of the credit process, credit monitoring, internal audit and accouning / finance

- Minimum 2 years work experience at managerial level as Credit Administration Officer, Loan Officer or Marketing Officer
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Minimum 4 years experience in the field of micro-credit and 2 years in same position
- Do not have the nuclear family (parents / brother / younger brother, husband / wife) who worked at Bank Mandiri
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
