    2. Knowing the concept of load-balance in the Linux cluster
    3. Knowing the concept of fail-over cluster in linux
    4. Knowing and experienced implementing iptables-based Linux firewall
    5. Experienced in installation, configuration, troubleshooting Web servers, DNS, Exchange Email Server, DHCP server
    6. Knowing the concept of LDAP servers and Windows Active Directory
    7. Knowing the concept of subnetting and addressing network as well as its implementation
    8. Knowing and experienced in PC troubleshooting
    9. Familiar with Cisco applications and devices is a plus
